Position

We are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions to meet business requirements. The consultant will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance projects and provide ongoing application support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, finance users, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
  • Conducting workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and Fit-Gap Analysis with business stakeholders.
  • Analyzing business requirements and implementing Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
  • Designing and configuring financial structures such as Ledgers, Business Units, Legal Entities, Chart of Accounts, and Accounting Calendars.
  • Participating in end-to-end implementation projects including Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live Support.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax, and Intercompany.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience with financial accounting principles and business processes.
