About the Job
The company is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers – the Technical Builders responsible for designing, building, and deploying the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You’ll lead technical delivery on your team, mentor the next wave of engineers, and set the engineering standards that define how agentic AI gets deployed at scale. You will partner closely with a Deployment Strategist to own end-to-end outcomes, from architecture decisions to production. Your passion for well-crafted software that solves real problems will be supported by best-in-class AI tools and a team of talented builders around you.

The Senior Builder Experience

• Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end-to-end. You're the senior technical authority in the room, ensuring deliverables meet the highest engineering standards, whether generated by an AI tool, a colleague, or you directly.
• AI-Supported Engineering: Cursor, Claude, and the company coding products like Vibes are embedded in your daily workflow. Your work sets patterns that propagate through the team, as other Builders use your projects as a reference.
• Roadmap Influence: Your field experience feeds directly into Product and Engineering decisions. The gaps you face in real customer environments become future features. Senior Forward Deployed Engineers represent the most credible voice in agentic AI product evolution.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of development by piloting emerging AI tools, experimenting with new models and frameworks, and sharing insights with your team and customers.

What You'll Actually Be Building

• Own the full lifecycle from design to deployment of agentic AI solutions for the company's most strategic customers, from architecture decisions through production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: manage agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, create deterministic guardrails, and develop integration patterns that stand in enterprise environments. Your reference implementations guide other Builders facing similar challenges.
• Manage the data lifecycle including model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications across the company's Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer-specific platforms.
• Tackle technical blockers that challenge other engineers such as data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, and performance regressions due to your proven problem-solving skills.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes across engagements.
• Develop quick proofs-of-concept and MVPs, discerning which decisions can be deferred and which need to be right the first time.
• Codify your learnings; the patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks from customer work become essential playbooks for the organization.
• Mentor fellow Engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work, influencing their development within the same codebases you utilize.
• Provide technical depth on at-risk or strategically critical deployments when senior engineering judgment is crucial.
• Communicate field insights directly to Product and Engineering; the challenges you face in customer environments provide valuable inputs for the Agentforce roadmap.
• Collaborate with your Deployment Strategist to transform complex customer business challenges into actionable agentic solutions.

You're Our Senior Forward Deployed Engineer If…

• You have 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with a proven track record of end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You are an expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and are conversant in the others.
• You have integrated LLMs into production, utilized frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, and have applied prompt engineering and responsible AI practices within real customer contexts.
• You possess extensive experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like the company's Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• You have strong the company platform knowledge, including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and the company's APIs.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset focused on facilitating fast, impactful delivery – and the judgment to recognize when "fast" may not be appropriate.
• You have mentored technical talent and created reusable assets such as frameworks, playbooks, and internal tooling.
• You communicate effectively and credibly with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
• You actively engage with the evolving AI/data landscape by piloting new tools and experimenting with different models while remaining genuinely curious about future developments.
• You have the ability to travel to customer sites as needed to ensure client success.
• You are proficient in both Arabic and English at a business level.
• You hold a Computer Science (CS) degree or related qualification.

Nice-to-Haves

• the company's certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect).
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks.
• Experience designing multi-cloud, multi-system enterprise AI solutions for Global 500 customers.
• A proven history of influencing enterprise software product roadmaps through field engineering insights.
• Contributions to open-source projects, published technical writings, or presentations at conferences.
