Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

In this role, you will lead specialised cloud region (DRCC, Alloy, Isolated Regions) delivery programs for customers across EMEA. You will own and drive large-scale, cross-functional delivery programs that are critical to customer success and OCI growth. This includes defining delivery strategy, managing scope and timelines, resolving risks and blockers, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered with speed, quality, security, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical knowledge to identify risks, manage scope, estimate program timelines, and determine appropriate resources.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and customers, helping teams make clear decisions in complex environments.
• Define and enforce delivery standards and guidelines, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
• Drive the management of and responses to issues, serving as a point of escalation for all problems.
• Shape and lead both technical and non-technical programs, ensuring alignment of priorities and program goals across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge and excellent program leadership skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through influence.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
