LEAD PRODUCER - MENA & APAC - EA STUDIOS

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Lead Producer to join our growing FC Mobile in-house team. MENA and APAC are key regions for our multi-language team. You’ll help us make football-focused content that cuts through and resonates with MENA and APAC regions. You will play a crucial role in the Arabic, Indonesian, and Thai language output, publishing and managing day-to-day content for FC Mobile. A passion and deep knowledge of European and World football is essential. Must be fluent in Arabic and English. The base for this position is Riyadh, with a potential to be based in London. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone with a proven track record of managing teams that produce high volume, impactful content.
• A football fanatic, who is obsessive about World football and able to convert that passion into fresh, impactful content.
• Experienced in executing and evolving digital and social content that resonates with audiences.
• Someone with a history of leading digital projects that break boundaries while maintaining high-volume output.
• Must be obsessed with creating viral content for platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok and thrive on pushing creative boundaries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client liaison support.
• Management and POC of Arabic, Indonesian, and Thai language content for FC Mobile.
• Editorial planning, QC, and content approval.
• Manage junior members, including scheduling and line management.
• Report into senior team with feedback and ideas.
• Coordination and curation of video content in Arabic, Indonesian, and Thai.
• Stay ahead of online trends and sports stories in those regions, becoming a key voice in the FC Mobile output.
• Creating content that takes inspiration from the world of social media and adapts it to the functionality of the app.
• Collaborate with other language teams to deliver standout work.
• Ensure we find creative and engaging ways to represent the EA FC universe in the app.
• Be a point of contact between the company and EA Sports, ensuring the content we are producing is on trend, timely, and delivered to budgets.
• Help develop a culture of creativity within the team – providing guidance and support to a team of Assistant Producers, Editors, and Graphic Designers.

KEY SKILLS:

• A passion for sports that fuels engaging, dynamic content.
• Experience in creating content plans for social platforms and apps.
• Mastery in digital storytelling across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Experience in every stage of production - from ideation to filming to editing.
• Excellent communication and written skills with an aptitude to learn new tasks and a good attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong team ethic and the ability to prioritise workloads with ease, working in a pressurised team environment.
• Ability to work effectively with others and to work on your own initiative.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.

LOCATION:
The base for this position is Riyadh with a potential to be based in London.

WORKING DAYS:
5-day week, 4 days in office and 1 day WFH. Typically working a Sunday to Thursday working week. You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements, including weekends. Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week. The company offers the option of flexitime hours subject to production requirements.

START:
ASAP till end of March 2027.

SALARY:
Based on experience.
