Position

The company is seeking a talented Lead Producer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Lead Producer, you will be designated as key personnel and will be responsible for integrated delivery management of complex themed entertainment or experiential projects. Your role will ensure alignment between creative intent, program milestones, procurement strategy, budget control, vendor coordination, and operational readiness across multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed schedules aligned with overall project milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-disciplinary deliverables across various stakeholders.
  • Manage scope definition, change control, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Interface with commercial and procurement teams as required.
  • Track budgets and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate integration, rehearsals, previews, testing and commissioning, and opening readiness activities.
  • Ensure complete documentation and structured handover to operations teams.
  • Create, maintain, and manage project-related paperwork for media, show, and game production, including progress reports, meeting recaps, and action plans.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 15 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience within theme park attractions, location-based entertainment, immersive entertainment, live show production, and/or major experiential projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale complex multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments from development through testing, installation, integration, and opening.
  • Strong commercial literacy including program management and change control.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in international project environments; GCC experience preferred.
