Lead Product Designer (B2B)

As Lead Product Designer for the company, you will partner closely with the Vertical head to define the design vision for the B2B vertical and translate it into distinctive, trusted customer experiences. This is a senior individual-contributor role, not a people-management position. You will be the design anchor for the company—shaping the direction of the overall experience, leading important 0-to-1 product initiatives, and enhancing the quality and coherence of existing products in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with Product Executives to define and evolve the design vision for the company.
• Translating business and product strategy into clear experience principles, priorities, and product direction.
• Creating a coherent end-to-end vision that unifies various B2B products under one trusted experience.
• Integrating customer insights, design thinking, and quality into strategic product decisions.
• Leading high-priority product initiatives from discovery through validation, launch, and iteration.
• Identifying customer needs and evaluating new opportunities in collaboration with product and business leadership.
• Framing ambiguous problems and utilizing research, prototyping, and data to reduce uncertainty.
• Improving critical customer journeys and eliminating friction across currently available products.
• Establishing measures for customer experience quality and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of product design experience.
• Strong experience in B2B within payments, fintech, banking, or a regulated financial environment.
• Proven track record in contributing to design vision, product strategy, and proposition development.
• Significant experience in payments or regulated digital environments.
• Hands-on experience launching B2B, merchant, or financial products.
• Strong understanding of transactional journeys, customer trust, risk, and operational complexities.
• Excellent interaction design and systems thinking skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable product impact.
