What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading cross-platform initiatives and managing a team of talented designers within the Design Systems division.
- Defining and scaling the vision for internal products in collaboration with the team.
- Owning the strategy and direction of the company’s Unified Design System, optimizing it for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Brand teams to implement system-wide improvements for superior user experiences.
- Establishing design principles and tools to support product teams across the organization.
- Balancing individual work with mentorship, and executing high-quality designs using Figma.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in designing and leading design systems or platform teams in dynamic, cross-product environments.
- Proven ability to evolve a design system beyond maintenance, with experience in scaling and reshaping systems.
- Experience in managing and mentoring designers while remaining active in hands-on design work.
- Proficiency in Figma and a passion for creating functional and visually appealing design solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex design challenges with informed decision-making.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistently polished and visually engaging work.
- A creative mindset with a willingness to explore innovative solutions for design problems.
Language Requirements:
Proficient communication skills are expected in cross-functional teams.
