Design at Revolut is about balancing creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it's up to us to push their expectations higher. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with a technical edge to drive the evolution of our Design Systems and Core Platform teams. You’ll be at the forefront of building and refining the systems that power Revolut’s product experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading cross-platform initiatives and managing a group of talented designers within our Design Systems team.
- Defining the vision for internal products and scaling them for commercialization in collaboration with the team.
- Owning the strategy and direction of Revolut’s Unified Design System, making it more efficient and scalable.
- Partnering with Engineering, Product, and Brand to deliver improvements that enhance user experiences.
- Defining platform-wide design principles and tools that support product teams across Revolut.
- Balancing individual contributor work with leadership, being hands-on in Figma and executing high-quality designs.
What You'll Need
- 6+ years of experience in designing and leading design systems or platform teams in fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in evolving a design system beyond maintenance, with experience in scaling and reshaping systems.
- Experience in managing and mentoring designers while remaining hands-on.
- Expertise with Figma and a passion for creating functional and beautiful design solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- The ability to make solid product and design decisions in ambiguous or complex problem spaces.
- A passion for clean, scalable systems and an eye for design excellence.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail to produce polished and visually engaging work.
- The ability to think creatively and explore out-of-the-box solutions to solve complex design problems.

- Experience communicating effectively in technical terms with engineering teams.
- A visionary mindset capable of strategic thinking across platforms and user touchpoints.
- Experience working in flat, fast-paced organizations with rapid iteration cycles.
