Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery.
Define and drive the overall product design and user experience strategy.
Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
Mentor and guide UI/UX and Product Designers.
Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
10–15 years of relevant Product Design experience.
Proven experience leading product design teams and complex digital products.
