Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product design process from strategy and concept to execution.
- Drive creative, trend-driven design direction with a strong sense of aesthetics and foresight.
- Conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable product and design solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact design work efficiently.
- Lead design retrospectives and develop scalable methodologies for the team.
- Stay updated on Web3, blockchain, and digital asset trends to keep our product ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product design across Internet/Tech/Marketplace/Web3/Crypto/Fintech industries, especially with web-based or mobile products.
- Proven track record in marketing/brand campaigns or growth-driven UX/UI projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects; experience with 3D, illustration, Midjourney, or C4D is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities; able to leverage user feedback and data to enhance UX.
- Prior experience in crypto, Web3, or traditional brokerage platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive projects independently.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
