About the Role
As Lead Product Manager for the Trading Platform, you will have ownership of the product capabilities that underpin our Sportsbook proposition. Your primary challenge will involve providing the Trading and Sportsbook teams with the essential tools, data, and controls necessary to swiftly, safely, and efficiently create a differentiated offering at scale. This platform product role is positioned at the intersection of Product, Trading, Engineering, Data, and Risk. You will be converting complex operational needs into scalable platform capabilities that enhance the functioning of Trading teams and support the broader Sportsbook initiative. The ideal candidate will be technically fluent, capable of working with specialized users, and adept at navigating intricate operational and commercial requirements. You will think in terms of platforms and workflows, act swiftly, and understand the balance of flexibility, scalability, reliability, and control.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Trading Platform strategy and roadmap
- Market and event configuration
- Pricing and trading controls
- Offer and promotion tooling
- Market depth and content enablement
- Trading operations workflows
- Risk and exposure tooling
- Reporting and decision support
- Vendor and third-party trading integrations
- Build/partner/reuse decisions
Within 12 months, you will have:
- Established a clear Trading Platform roadmap
- Improved speed and flexibility for Trading teams
- Reduced manual operational effort
- Enabled richer Sportsbook propositions
- Improved platform reliability and observability
- Created clearer measures of platform performance and value
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in trading, sportsbook, financial markets, pricing, risk, or complex operational platforms.
- Experience managing complex platform products and translating specialist user needs into scalable capabilities.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Data, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in designing complex workflows and operational tooling.
- Strong product craft across platform strategy, workflow design, analytics, operational tooling, and APIs.
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and aligning teams with competing priorities.
- Experience working with real-time data, integrations, or other complex technical systems.
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance team effectiveness, trading insights, automation, and decision support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Sportsbook trading, odds compilation, managed trading services, financial trading platforms, risk and exposure systems, or real-time data products.
