Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical resolution to multiple complex Controls system issues including the Mark VI/VIe Product line, Human Machine Interface (HMI) platform, Industrial communication interfaces, historians, and industrial cyber security at power plants with a sense of urgency.
- Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures to protect customers’ fleet, communicating to relevant audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide sound technical resolutions.
- Drive complex root cause analysis and corrective action, communicating findings both internally and to end customers.
- Promote company Way traits, lean principles, and simplification in daily activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years direct experience with HMI platforms, communication interfaces, historians, and cybersecurity at power plants.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel 10-15% within and outside of the region.
