Responsibilities
- Work closely with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to understand complex functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Ensure test data is available to support a variety of tests that you plan, coordinate, and execute at various stages of the SDLC.
- Manage the testing of cross-dependent features and configure test tools to generate metrics for enterprise-wide dashboards.
- Implement and adapt automation frameworks and test harnesses to ensure robust CI pipelines and smooth execution of end-to-end tests across systems.
- Influence and shape enterprise quality roadmaps and manage the testing of multiple products.
Requirements
- 7 years in Information Technology with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, POSTMAN) and mobile app testing (Android/iOS).
- Proficient in at least two programming languages, preferably JavaScript and Python.
- Experienced as a Software Quality Engineering lead managing multiple products and providing product input on business processes.
- Solid experience creating and maintaining large-scale test data frameworks to support test automation.
- Experienced with CI tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Figma, Splunk, and the latest testing and technology trends.
- Strong expertise with context-driven and exploratory testing.
