Our team ensures software quality across the entire customer journey, from ticket booking to the seamless delivery of ancillary services and the efficient operation of our airplanes. We employ a suite of testing tools and methodologies, utilizing widely used frameworks and programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python, along with innovative technologies essential for application development, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into robust end-to-end tests.
- Liaise with other release train teams to manage the testing of cross dependencies.
- Ensure Test Tools are configured correctly to support the collection of metrics for program and enterprise-wide dashboards.
- Support and guide Software Engineers to write and maintain automated functional tests through continuous integration.
- Implement, maintain, and adapt automation frameworks to make end-to-end tests robust.
- Ensure Quality Gate requirements are understood and met by the team.
- Support the Principal Quality Assurance Engineer with coordination of major delivery initiatives across multiple domains and environments.
- Facilitate the development and training of team members on technologies and processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or relevant experience.
- An iSQI Certified Agile Tester.
- Experience in quality engineering roles involving the building of complex, scalable software solutions in digital or enterprise domains.
- Solid experience as a Software Quality Engineering lead or in a similar position overseeing multiple products.
- Experience with business process flows and scenario mapping for business solutions.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining large-scale test data frameworks to support test automation.
- 3+ years of experience using automation tools such as Selenium components, Protractor, Cucumber, and others.
- Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages, preferably JavaScript and Java.
- Experience with CI tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
- Strong expertise with context-driven and exploratory testing.
