About the Role
The company is currently looking for a Lead Quality & Inspection Plant to support our Projects business. The company is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the company's 2040 Strategic Objectives. Located in Ar Rjum, KSA, this role involves overseeing all aspects of Quality across their respective organization and the services provided.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of the organization and services provided.
  • Identification and regular engagement with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather feedback on performance.
  • Support the effective planning and allocation of resources (including people and budgets) enabling the delivery of agreed objectives and deliverables.
  • Implementing the company Business Management System (BMS) across the organization ensuring its effective application and routine monitoring, assessment, and improvement of compliance. Facilitate external BMS certification as appropriate.
  • Ensuring consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems across the organization (e.g., NCR, improvement actions, lessons learned, etc).
  • Supporting tenders and proposal activities for the organization.
  • Planning and execution of risk-based assurance plans including the escalation of significant findings to program/project leaders.
  • Monitoring and analysis of delivery performance data, regularly reporting themes and trends to senior leaders, and undertaking intervention as required.
  • Ensuring quality support through Supply Chain processes to ensure the right first-time delivery of products and services.
  • Gathering and acting upon customer feedback ensuring action is taken to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Degree/diploma or local equivalent in Quality management, project management, or related discipline.
  • Lead Auditor qualification by a recognized industry body (essential).
  • Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute or equivalent (desirable).
  • Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques (essential).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the associated industry).
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry standards (ISO 9001).
  • Proficient in the analysis of processes and data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High Level of communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
  • Proficient in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
