You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring the successful implementation of the Release Management, Cutover, and Environment Management horizontal stream of the Transformation program. This includes planning, execution, and governance of all ERP system releases, working closely with the System Integrator to manage the transition from legacy systems to SAP ERP.

Responsibilities:

  • Release Planning & Strategy: Develop and manage the release strategy and schedule for the ERP transformation in alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Release Execution & Coordination: Oversee the execution of all ERP system releases, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Cutover Strategy Development: Lead the development of a detailed cutover plan to transition from legacy systems to the new SAP ERP system.
  • Environment Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain environment management strategies, ensuring all systems are properly aligned with project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central communication point for technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology implementation and management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP is mandatory (S/4 HANA experience preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, ERP certifications) are a plus.
