As a Lead Reporting Engineer, you will:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance metrics and KPIs across all project lots to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Consolidate and analyze data from Delivery Contractors and Supervision Consultants to produce timely and insightful performance reports for project stakeholders.
• Identify performance trends and areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance overall program efficiency and delivery.
• Ensure all reporting outputs comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
• Facilitate performance review meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action items and driving accountability across teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by embedding best practices in performance management and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in performance monitoring and reporting, preferably within Rail Projects.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, earned value analysis, and performance tracking methodologies.
