Lead Salesforce Developer

Speridian Technologies is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer with at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in integration, along with hands-on expertise in Apex triggers, batch classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). A strong understanding of business processes and the Salesforce sharing model is essential. Experience with Sales and Service Cloud is required, while Community Cloud experience will be considered a valuable asset. Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to work independently. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
