Lead SAP FI-CO-REFX Consultant (Real Estate Management)

We're hiring a Lead SAP FI-CO-REFX Consultant to join our dynamic team at Cognizant. This role involves leading transformative projects in the real estate sector and shaping the future of SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (Cloud/On-Prem), including migration and support projects.
• Conduct workshops and fit-gap analysis to align SAP solutions with business needs.
• Design and document functional specifications in collaboration with Solution Architects.
• Work across multiple modules: AP, AR, Asset Accounting, GL, COPA, PS, Controlling, MM/SD integration, Cash & Banking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–5 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience in SAP FI-CO and RE-FX/REM modules.
• Expertise in integration points across SAP modules.
• Knowledge of SAC, Group Reporting, Treasury, VAT/GST, and e-invoicing is a plus.
• Exposure to ABAP is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with Saudi Arabia clients is preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification is a strong advantage.

RE-FX/REM Focus:

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and go-live of SAP RE-FX/REM.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Identify gaps and propose effective workarounds.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through expert consulting and support.
