The company, a leading partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East, is seeking a Lead SAP Security Architect for its SAP ERP Transformation Program. This role is pivotal in embedding security-by-design across the SAP S/4HANA and related ERP systems, ensuring compliance with Group Information Security principles, policies, and standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and third-party vendors as the primary security authority within the Transform Program. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining ERP-specific security architecture, defining security controls across the SAP landscape, and overseeing integration with Group Security Operations to facilitate continuous monitoring and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ERP-specific security architecture, standards, and guidelines.
- Establish security architecture blueprints for SAP applications and cloud services.
- Define and oversee secure configuration and hardening of SAP platforms.
- Conduct and document Security Impact Assessments and Risk Assessments across ERP modules.
- Ensure integration of ERP security design with Group Security Operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for security audits.
- Support security awareness and training initiatives for ERP program stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of Information Security experience with at least 5 years in leading security architecture.
- Deep expertise in SAP security landscape including S/4HANA Security, Fiori Security, and Identity Access Management.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).
- Familiarity with cloud security architectures for SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA/CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, and SAP Certified Technology Associate are preferred.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
