Lead - Siebel UCM EIM Developer

As a Lead - Siebel UCM EIM Developer, you will play a critical role in understanding the Siebel UCM/CRM data model and providing technical solutions for business requirements related to data migration and data loading. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operational support, issue troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and batch data load monitoring. You will communicate and resolve problem ticket issues in collaboration with users and stakeholders while adhering to ITIL processes for incident management, change management, and problem management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development experience in Siebel EIM, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Siebel Configuration & ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of the Siebel Application data model and architecture.
• Translate functional requirements into Siebel designs and implement using Siebel technologies including Siebel UCM, EIM, PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting.
• Build and modify batch interfaces, troubleshoot integration issues, and create integration mapping documents.
• Write complex PL/SQL queries and stored procedures, as well as batch shell scripts, while understanding batch job scheduling mechanisms.
• Perform performance improvements by tuning long-running SQL queries or EIM jobs.
• Experience in larger data migration projects, particularly migrating large volumes of data from legacy systems or within CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Master Data Management (Universal Customer Hub) and Data Quality.
• Familiarity with Siebel IP17 or later versions and Web tools.
• Knowledge of ETL Tools like ODI/Informatica and their usage with Siebel EIM is a plus.
