Lead - Siebel UCM EIM Developer

The Lead - Siebel UCM EIM Developer will be responsible for providing technical solutions for business requirements and issues related to data migration and data loading within the Siebel application. The role involves day-to-day operational and maintenance support, including issue troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and business clarification.

Generic Responsibilities:

• Maintain a good understanding of the Siebel UCM/CRM data model.
• Perform operational support functions, monitor batch data loads, and communicate with users/stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Follow ITIL processes in incident management, change management, and problem management.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development experience in Siebel EIM, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Siebel Configuration & ETL tools.
• Understand functional requirements and implement Siebel design using technologies such as Siebel UCM, EIM, PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting.
• Build and modify batch interfaces, troubleshoot integration issues, and create integration mapping documents.
• Strong experience in writing complex PL/SQL queries and creating batch shell scripts.
• Perform performance improvements by tuning SQL queries or EIM jobs.
• Basic knowledge of Siebel configuration, joins, links, etc.
• Experience in large data migration projects.
• Preferably have Master Data Management (Universal Customer Hub) domain experience and data quality knowledge.
• Experience with Siebel IP17 or later versions and familiarity with ETL tools like ODI/Informatica is an advantage.
