Lead - Siebel UCM EIM Developer

We are seeking a Lead - Siebel UCM EIM Developer with a strong understanding of the Siebel UCM/CRM data model. The role involves providing technical solutions for business requirements related to data migration and data loading, as well as day-to-day operational and maintenance support functions within the Siebel application. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing ticket resolutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve incidents based on severity.

Generic Accountability:

• Understand and provide solutions for business requirements related to Siebel UCM/CRM data migration.
• Perform operational support functions including troubleshooting and monitoring batch data loads.
• Align with ITIL processes (Incident management, Change management, and problem management).

Specific Accountability:

• Hands-on development experience with Siebel EIM, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Siebel Configuration & ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of the Siebel Application data model and architecture.
• Ability to convert functional requirements into Siebel designs and implement with related technologies.
• Experience in building/modifying batch interfaces and troubleshooting data integration issues.
• Create integration mapping documents in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficient in writing complex PL/SQL queries and creating batch shell scripts.
• Performance tuning of long-running SQL queries or EIM jobs.
• Basic knowledge in Siebel configuration.

Minimum Qualification:

• 9+ years of experience as a Siebel EIM Developer with UCM knowledge.
• Expertise in creating new batch interfaces using ETL Tools and troubleshooting production issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
