Lead SOC Engineer (SIEM)

The Senior SOC Engineer (SIEM) at the company is responsible for leading technical operations and SIEM architecture within the Security Operations Centre. The role involves managing SIEM tools such as Splunk, Sentinel, LogRhythm, and FortiSIEM, overseeing log collection layers, and ensuring system health.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Manage SIEM tools and ensure efficient operations of the Security Operations Centre.
• Participate in pre-sales activities for SIEM licenses.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of SIEM and SOC operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• SIEM certifications (Splunk Certified Architect or similar) are required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
• Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and cloud/networking credentials are essential.
