Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Familiarity with AWS cloud components and deployment frameworks through CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in log analysis and application troubleshooting.
Proficiency with UNIX and Linux operating systems, alongside basic shell scripting knowledge.
Familiarity with RDBMS databases (Oracle) and experience in writing SQL queries and scripts.
Good understanding of SQS and its operations.
Basic knowledge of infrastructure components such as Firewalls, Load balancers, and Kong.
Ability to independently troubleshoot production issues emanating from application codes with minimal supervision.
Analyze production issues using monitoring tools like AppDynamics and ELK.
Understanding of IBM WebSphere administration and deployment concepts is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Support Engineer.
Prior experience in application support is advantageous.
Candidates should be flexible to work shifts and possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Language Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
