Lead Software Engineer

About the Job:
The company is hiring a Lead Engineer for Data Centre & Smart Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving the design, integration, and delivery of complex smart infrastructure solutions, including data centres, SCADA, BMS/DCIM, IoT, and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for integrated systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architectures.
• Define and manage integration architecture across multi-vendor platforms.
• Develop high-level and low-level design documents and integration diagrams.
• Act as a technical bridge from design discussions to final delivery with project teams.
• Oversee system integration testing and commissioning activities to ensure quality.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and support financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in system engineering or solution architecture.
• Proven experience with OT systems integration (BMS, DCIM, SCADA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of OT/IoT protocols and multi-vendor platform integrations.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in mission-critical facilities or smart infrastructure.
• Familiarity with digital twin platforms, cloud-native IoT platforms, and AI use cases.
