Lead Software Engineer (Java) - SSO

Our Technology team is at the forefront of maintaining the systems that drive the company's success. We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to ensure our frameworks remain lean, emphasizing the importance of clean, maintainable code deployed swiftly through TDD, DDD, and continuous integration/delivery. In this role within the SSO team, you will be instrumental in providing a secure, reliable, and scalable authentication method across our ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing microservices to enhance our architecture.
• Perfecting critical systems, such as risk management, fraud detection, and payment processing.
• Engaging in greenfield development and improving existing systems.

What You'll Need:

• Fluency with Java.
• 6+ years of experience in backend development.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Quick learning ability with a results-driven, ambitious attitude.
• Strong team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kotlin or Scala.
• Background in finance.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Work history in a product-focused setting.
