Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Segmentation/Analytics Leader who will establish customer segmentation frameworks, drive customer analytics and profiling, and translate insights into targeted propositions. The primary focus will be on improving acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing decisions.

Qualifications:

• 8–11 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in customer segmentation strategy, customer analytics, advanced data analysis, behavioral profiling, and BI/reporting
• Experience in CVM (Customer Value Management)
