About the Job:
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with substantial experience in deploying end-to-end BPM solutions and strong capabilities in Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on Flowable BPM, and a proven record of embedding and operating process engines at scale. Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy BPM solutions using Flowable BPM, Java 17+, and Spring Boot 3.x.
- Engage in end-to-end process testing, utilizing tools such as GitHub Actions and Maven/Gradle.
- Handle PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and integrate OAuth2/OIDC for secure applications.
- Collaborate on intelligent process automation solutions and event-sourcing patterns.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience; 4+ years with Flowable or related BPM tools.
- Strong Java/Spring Boot development skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Offshore Development Center experience is advantageous.
- Certifications in OMG BPMN or Flowable preferred.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with low-code platforms like Flowable Work.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards related to trade finance.
- Familiarity with CBUAE Open Banking API frameworks.
- Experience with RPA tools for legacy system integration.
