Key responsibilities include:

  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum practices and team leadership, with a focus on self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills, including effective interaction with Product Owners, business teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in risk and issue management along with removing impediments, governance, reporting, documentation, and quality processes.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and program delivery skills. A Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent) is preferred.
