Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of web engineers to design, develop, and deliver modern web applications.
Drive development using the latest version of Angular, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Architect robust, maintainable, and scalable web solutions aligned with business and user requirements.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
Provide technical mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, QA, and product management.
Plan and manage sprints, task allocation, and progress tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on guidance when required.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; debug and optimize applications.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in web development, with 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
Strong expertise in Angular (latest version), Micro Frontends, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, production-ready web applications.
Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
