Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of web engineers to design, develop, and deliver modern web applications.
- Drive development using the latest version of Angular, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Architect robust, maintainable, and scalable web solutions aligned with business and user requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, QA, and product management.
- Plan and manage sprints, task allocation, and progress tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on guidance when required.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; debug and optimize applications.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in web development, with 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in Angular (latest version), Micro Frontends, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, production-ready web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
