Key Responsibilities
- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure sign-off processes are effectively managed.
- Understand and apply knowledge of Retail Assets, Lending, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and Loan Management Systems (LMS) business processes.
- Perform testing on Finacle Core Banking, particularly versions 7x/10x/10.2.x, with an advantage for experience in version 11x.
- Validate loan eligibility, affordability, EMI, interest/profit calculation, fees, penalties, settlement processes, and repayment calculations.
- Test Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Home Finance, Microfinance, and preferably Islamic financing products.
- Validate accounting and ledger entries as well as banking transactions utilizing Oracle SQL.
- Conduct REST API validation using Postman.
- Utilize test/defect management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM/QC, Spira, or similar.
- Apply knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect lifecycle, and risk-based testing methodologies.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders while demonstrating strong analytical and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, particularly in UAT leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of conventional and Sharia-compliant banking processes.
- Proven experience in banking and lending environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with leadership capabilities.
