This role requires collaboration with multiple cross-sectional departments including Product Delivery Center, Service, Quality, and Legal. Key Responsibilities
- Have in-depth knowledge of Advanced Solutions such as Historian, Alarm Management, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training Simulator, Network Security, and Digitalization Solutions.
- Act as an ambassador for the company in the MEA region.
- Collaborate diligently with the Sales team to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Adapt to changes in job profile/responsibilities as expected by Management.
- Maintain professionalism and encourage a positive, disciplined team environment.
- Foster an agile work approach to ensure timely proposal submissions.
- Participate in combined taskforces for major MAC or system proposals, ensuring integration with other Business Units and quality reviews before submission.
- Adhere to the latest sales process flow and responsibility matrix to ensure compliance within the team.
- Support DM/Sr. GM in day-to-day decisions and report to Management.
- Engage as a motivated team member, maintaining positive communication to achieve sales objectives.
- Regularly update Sales portals.
- Continuously enhance the proposal operations within YMA.
- Assist in establishing and managing training requirements for the solutions team in consultation with DM/Sr. GM.
- Support FEED activities along with the team, POC, LCA proposals, and site surveys for replacement standalone or combined with system or service projects.
- Aid the Sales team in customer techno-commercial presentations and discussions.
- Manage both internal and external audits for solutions.
- Oversee company registration for standalone solutions and any new solutions to ensure continuous growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within the OT environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Competencies
- Proven experience with the company ICSS and Advanced Solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support engineering and sales teams.
- Ability to standardize tools and improve processes.
- Capable of working autonomously, decisive, practical, and a self-starter.
Skills
- Proficiency in the company products and systems.
- Experience with network security, virtualization technologies, and tools.
- Strong understanding of OT environments and related technologies.
