Lead Solutions Consultant

The company is an AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), providing brands the tools necessary to deliver exceptional experiences at scale across customer touchpoints. The Lead Solutions Consultant will work closely with Sales to drive revenue through advanced solution design and strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and present tailored solutions using the company’s AI-powered Unified-CXM platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into customer settings.
• Showcase advanced automation solutions, including agentic AI and AI-powered workflows.
• Architect scalable enterprise solutions with a focus on performance and cost-efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, API integrations, and cloud environments.
• Lead pre-sales activities including executive presentations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Partner with the company ecosystem to validate requirements and deliver impactful demonstrations.
• Utilize design thinking and human-centered design principles in enterprise solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments.
• 5+ years of experience in designing solutions within CCaaS platforms.
• Proven experience implementing AI-driven solutions in marketing and social platforms.
• Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications or industry engagements.
• Proven track record in leading architectural discovery engagements.
