Key Responsibilities:
- Design and present tailored solutions using the company’s AI-powered Unified-CXM platform.
- Collaborate with Sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into customer settings.
- Showcase advanced automation solutions, including agentic AI and AI-powered workflows.
- Architect scalable enterprise solutions with a focus on performance and cost-efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, API integrations, and cloud environments.
- Lead pre-sales activities including executive presentations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Partner with the company ecosystem to validate requirements and deliver impactful demonstrations.
- Utilize design thinking and human-centered design principles in enterprise solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments.
- 5+ years of experience in designing solutions within CCaaS platforms.
- Proven experience implementing AI-driven solutions in marketing and social platforms.
- Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through publications or industry engagements.
- Proven track record in leading architectural discovery engagements.
