As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will become a trusted advisor to prospective customers, providing extensive product expertise and strategic insights throughout the sales process. This role is crucial for fostering long-term partnerships between Braze and our clients.

Braze Solutions Consultants operate at the intersection of technology and storytelling. They help illustrate the value of our technology to customers, ensuring confidence in Braze's capabilities. The Lead Solutions Consultant will collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams, drawing on your experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical thought leader across various industry verticals and geographic markets.
• Mentor Solutions Consultants on your team.
• Engage in some travel (up to 50% at peak times).

Who We're Looking For:

• Over 9 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in solutions consulting.
• Experience working with Enterprise-level accounts and comfortable selling into both Mid Market and Enterprise sectors.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and listen to client needs.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a strong foundation in SaaS, APIs, or Marketing Automation.
• Knowledge of MarTech is a plus, but not required.
• Language Skills: Arabic is not essential but would be an advantage.
