Lead Solutions Engineer, METAP

The Solutions Engineering team is a specialized group that maintains the relationship between advertising clients and the company. This team is composed of creative problem solvers and strategic software engineers who collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions. As a Solution Engineer, you will partner with various business verticals to unlock new features, products, and business opportunities. You will support cross-functional teams including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management. This role provides an opportunity to utilize the company's platforms and community to address real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and enhance existing ones in collaboration with the company's product engineering teams to meet business needs.
• Understand, apply, and utilize the company's products and innovative technology, identifying and maximizing new and existing commercial prospects with advertising clients.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with the customer success team to discover potential business opportunities and assist them in achieving business objectives.
• Design and construct end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies; launch production-level code focusing on long-term maintainability and scalability, including relevant documentation and test plans, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Identify stakeholders independently and align cross-functional partners toward project completion goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data to influence decision-making by presenting business value and impact.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in programming/coding, technical solution backend design, and delivery to clients/advertisers.
• Proficient in one or more general programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong ability to collaborate, communicate, and manage relationships with advertising clients and partners.
• Proven ability to adjust presentations based on the audience's technical level and comfort level in delivering technical subjects to groups of any size or background.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising technology, particularly working with large volume data analytics.
