The Solutions Engineering team at the company is focused on managing relationships with advertising clients. We are seeking engineers who embody an entrepreneurial mindset and have a deep understanding of market needs. Our team is composed of creative problem solvers and strategic software engineers dedicated to helping the company's marketing and advertising partners achieve their business goals through tailored technology solutions.
In this role as a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with various business verticals and unlock the full potential of new features and products. You will support cross-functional teams including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management, using the company's platforms to address real-world business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new products and enhance existing ones in partnership with the company's product engineering teams.
- Understand and utilize the company's products and technologies to identify and maximize commercial opportunities with advertising clients.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to support business objectives and cultivate close partnerships.
- Design, build, and launch production-level systems, ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability while providing documentation and test plans.
- Independently identify stakeholders and coordinate efforts across teams to meet project goals.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize data to influence decisions and present business value and impact.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in programming/coding and technical solution backend design.
- Proficiency in one or more general programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C/C++).
- Strong collaborative, communicative, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to adapt presentations to varying technical levels and comfort delivering technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising technology and large volume data analytics.
