About the Role
The Lead Specialist, API & Integration II enables seamless, secure, and reliable data exchange across enterprise systems, platforms, and applications. This role is critical in connecting business and technology ecosystems through scalable integration services that support operational efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secure, scalable APIs and integration services that enable reliable data exchange across enterprise platforms and applications.
• Establish integration patterns and service standards that ensure consistency, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Embed authentication, authorization, auditing, and access controls that protect enterprise data and services.
• Deliver highly available and resilient integration services that meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and assurance for integration initiatives, projects, and vendor-delivered solutions.
• Drive standardization and automation opportunities that increase delivery quality and reduce complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in API development and integration engineering within enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering production-grade integrations with strong security and governance requirements.
• Experience collaborating across platform, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
