Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Policy-as-Code and automated control frameworks across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Define and maintain enterprise guardrails for provisioning, access, compliance, and platform health.
- Work closely with Platform Architecture to translate designs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Drive automation and self-service through Infrastructure-as-Code and standardized workflows.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex control-plane issues across enterprise platforms.
- Ensure availability, resilience, DR, and operational readiness for mission-critical systems.
- Govern vendor and third-party access to the company's digital platforms.
- Support financial governance (FinOps) through cost controls, alerts, and spend optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or control platforms.
- Experience operating at Lead / Level II scope with ownership of platform standards.
- Strong knowledge of platform governance and control frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code and automation, and cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ability to operate confidently in industrial, 24×7 operational contexts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.
