Job Purpose
The Cyber Security Architect works across the entire Cyber Security division. This position is responsible for defining and managing enterprise Cyber security architecture overall the company Corporate and Business Units in Saudi Arabia, India, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, and Mauritius.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, assess, and execute the Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture to effectively support the company Cybersecurity posture and digitization plans.
- Provide SME technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices to deliver and maintain the Cyber Security Architecture strategic roadmap.
- Build the enterprise security architecture and participate in the design reviews of the company mega projects and expansion plans.
- Ensure appropriate technical standards and security controls are defined for the group IT infrastructure and applications as well as cross-group assets.
- Perform evaluation and selection of new security solutions.
- Support the implementation of new digital and technology solutions.
- Report key Security Architecture issues for escalation and decision.
- Manage Cybersecurity risk assessments and impact analysis activities in line with the company ERM frameworks and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the company Cybersecurity Architecture framework, policies, and standards.
- Act as an architecture board member in relevant the company technology boards.
- Serve as the key SME of the Cyber Security Architecture ‘Competence Centers’ that will act as best practice authority on methodologies and procedures.
- Mentor and coach the team both technically and managerially.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System, Computer Engineering, or any other related field. An advanced degree is desirable.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years' related experience in Cybersecurity, IT.
