Position

The Lead Specialist, Data Technology and Reporting plays a dual role, supporting the Legal, Compliance, and Risk function through leading the development and management of data infrastructure, reporting systems, and analytics, while providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the function’s leadership. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and insightful data flows while enabling smooth operation of executive and functional activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Data, Technology & Reporting: Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for compliance monitoring and risk exposure. Coordinate periodic and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, including board-committee submissions.
  • Budget Planning: Manage the finances of the function, including budget planning and liaise with internal stakeholders for ongoing reporting.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee engagements with external parties, reviewing expenses against budgets and managing invoice approvals.
  • Data Analytics: Design data models to support management and databases, produce dashboards, and ensure system data flow.
  • Data Governance and Integrity: Lead data quality initiatives and maintain governance policies.
  • Technology Enablement: Act as business lead for LRC system implementations, provide technical specifications, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the focal point for stakeholder communication and arrange training sessions.
  • Leadership Support: Manage calendars for executive leaders, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
  • Documentation & Records Management: Draft correspondence, compile presentation materials, and maintain organized records of communications.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense claims.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal departments and ensure timely communication on behalf of the executive office.
  • Confidential Support: Handle sensitive materials with discretion and support leadership in various meetings.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Minimum Experience: 6+ years in executive support or legal/compliance/risk management and reporting.
