As a key member of the technology Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead and provide Ma'aden's business units with technical expertise and strategy for the frontline operational adoption of Internet of Things technology and Operational Technology (OT) systems integration into IT networks in Ma’aden’s Mining, Mineral processing, and Manufacturing activities. This role includes identifying the needs for the latest digital instrumentation and sensors, defining their fit-for-purpose justifications, and implementing future-ready strategic Operational Technologies. Your responsibilities will involve driving productivity improvement in the mining, processing, and manufacturing activities.

Key Accountabilities
- Take charge of developing and implementing game-changing and novel technologies that support, enable, and transform Ma’aden into a Digital Twin enabled enterprise by applying fit-for-purpose automation across the company, focusing on the operational frontline assets.
- Undertake technical market analysis to identify and evaluate technologies through focused initiatives and trials aimed at enhancing process efficiency and reducing reliance on conventional technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments as required.
- Develop and implement testing and validation protocols with the business units.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in systems integration, data engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of integration principles, methodologies, and technologies.
- Knowledge of OT systems, preferably Rockwell, Yokogawa, and Honeywell.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
