What You Will Deliver
Manage Solution Delivery
- Capture statements of requirements for initiatives by translating P2P business challenges, operational pain points, and site-based evidence into clear solution needs.
- Translate priority elements of solutioning required to meet business unit objectives for relevant technology domains.
- Define solution plans and packages of work in line with platform architects, solution architects, and delivery priorities.
- Resolve technical and integration issues that may impact initiative outcomes, implementation quality, or value realization.
Guide Delivery Teams
- Guide delivery teams including data scientists, engineers, digital specialists, analysts, and external partners to ensure correct implementation of solution designs.
- Provide technical direction, design clarification, quality oversight, and practical implementation guidance throughout delivery.
- Ensure implementations meet agreed functional, performance, integration, control, and quality expectations.
- Support business unit delivery with site-based deployments, transition-to-run activities, issue resolution, and solution stabilization.
Support Domain and TechOps Initiatives
- Work with domain integrators and business partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, value hypotheses, and quarterly value milestones.
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, delivery priorities, and TechOps standards.
- Surface technical trade-offs, delivery risks, cross-domain dependencies, assumptions, and constraints early for decision-making.
- Maintain alignment between solution plans, business priorities, delivery capacity, enterprise standards, and expected business value.
Ensure Scalable and Integrated Solutions
- Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and platform standards.
- Coordinate with platform, integration, data, cybersecurity, ERP, analytics, and application teams to resolve cross-domain dependencies.
- Confirm that solutions support workflow automation, data quality, reporting, controls, auditability, and operational support requirements.
- Promote reuse of solution patterns, standard configurations, and practical delivery approaches across P2P initiatives.
Provide Technical Issue Resolution and Quality Assurance
- Troubleshoot current and future-state issues across processes, workflows, platforms, integrations, data, controls, and user adoption areas.
- Monitor delivery progress against requirements, solution plans, quality criteria, value milestones, and operational readiness expectations.
- Drive corrective actions for defects, technical blockers, design gaps, integration issues, and implementation risks.
- Provide clear status, risks, technical recommendations, and decision support to the Director, TechOps Delivery, P2P Domain and relevant stakeholders.

- P2P business challenges are translated into clear requirements, solution plans, packages of work, and quarterly value milestones.
- Solution designs are scalable, integrated, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture, platform, and TechOps standards.
- Delivery teams receive clear technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout implementation.
- Technical risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and integration issues are surfaced early and resolved effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mining or Minerals Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in technical, analytics, technology delivery, solution design, digital transformation, or enterprise application delivery roles.
- Proven experience owning solution design, guiding delivery teams, resolving technical and integration issues, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Exposure to P2P, procurement, supply chain, ERP, workflow automation, data, analytics, or technology operations environments is preferred.
