Essential Job Functions:
- Lead a team of Storage and Backup Administrators.
- Support and maintain data center infrastructure.
- Manage and operate backup solutions, ensuring data availability, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Low-Level Design (LLD) and As-Built documentation.
- Ensure backup solutions are properly configured and monitor backup schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, cloud storage), operating systems, networking concepts, and backup solutions.
Other Qualifications:
- Relevant storage and backup or infrastructure certifications are a strong advantage.
- Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Dell PowerMax, ScaleIO, Isilon, and Dell Data Protection products.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills may be beneficial.
