Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the achievement of performance, budget, and team goals.
- Generating custom reports, dashboards, and Knowledgebase documentation.
- Managing the organization's data storage systems, ensuring data availability, integrity, and security.
- Performing installation and implementation of storage systems and hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Managing and operating backup solutions, including job creation and monitoring.
- Collaborating with senior engineers to support data center infrastructure, including technical documentation.
- Ensuring backup solution disaster readiness and operating functionality during recovery situations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology management.
- Proficient technical knowledge and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry knowledge.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Dell PowerMax, ScaleIO, Isilon, Dell Data Protection, Data Domain is preferred.
- Relevant storage, backup, or infrastructure certifications are advantageous.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Certified Cloud Practitioner are a plus.
