About The Role:
Are you a master of transforming learning needs into impactful digital experiences that drive workforce capability and performance? As Lead Talent Development, you will lead the design and development of learning solutions across the company, covering digital content, blended programs, and on-demand learning pathways throughout the organization.
Your responsibilities will include conducting learning needs assessments, developing high-quality instructional content, and overseeing quality assurance across all learning assets. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating content lifecycles, and delivering training across a wide range of business functions.
Your accountability will be pivotal to the success of learning and development at the company through collaboration across the business. You will build a learning ecosystem that is aligned to organizational goals, grounded in best practices, and measurable in its impact. About You:
You should be degree qualified and demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Instructional Design, or a related field. Expertise in instructional design, experience with eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond), strong proficiency in learning analytics, and familiarity with LMS platforms are essential. You should be collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a curiosity for emerging learning technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience in AI-enabled learning solutions, immersive technologies, or a background within the aviation industry would be an additional advantage.
