The Lead Technical Architect (LTA) role is a senior position within the company project team responsible for establishing and communicating the overall architectural and non-functional solution design. The LTA acts as an interface between the project team and the client, ensuring technical solutions fully satisfy the client’s requirements. The position involves focusing on complex problems and leading technical teams in resolving issues while demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural leadership and design viable technical solutions tailored to business requirements and project plans.
- Engage proactively with clients, acting as an ambassador for company product solutions.
- Identify and manage technical risks, and offer mitigation strategies.
- Supervise technical System Amendment Requests (SARs) and liaise with various development teams to ensure robust architectures that deliver customer value.
- Review and complete solution design documents and oversee release control between pre-live environments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in architecture within the team.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected.

Skills Required:
- Minimum of ten years in software technical consultancy, with a focus on T24 implementation in a banking environment.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Infobasic, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience with application servers (jBOSS, WebSphere, WebLogic) and operating systems (Windows, RedHat Linux, IBM AIX).
- Understanding of RDBMS including MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle.
- Knowledge of integration concepts, internet security, and event-driven architecture.
