The Lead Technical Architect (LTA) is a senior role within the company project team, responsible for the overall architectural and non-functional solution design. The LTA acts as the interface between the project team and the client, ensuring that technical objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves acting as an architectural leader and trusted advisor to clients, designing technical solutions that align with business requirements and contractual obligations, engaging with clients commercially, identifying and mitigating technical risks, and providing guidance on the optimal implementation of the company products.
The LTA will also lead the installation of enhancements, validate technical setups, supervise technical aspects of implementation plans, oversee integration technologies, review technical System Amendment Requests (SARs) and process changes, and coach other Technical Consultants to ensure adherence to implementation methodologies.
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in software technical consultancy, including T24 implementation in banking. Proficient in programming languages like Infobasic, Java, and JavaScript. Experience with application servers (jBOSS, Web Sphere, Web Logic) and operating systems (Windows, RedHat Linux, IBM AIX). Knowledge of RDBMS, specifically MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle. Strong understanding of industry concepts related to security, process workflow, and performance testing.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
