About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced aviation engineer with extensive knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Programs who is ready to take on a leadership role. In this position, you will be responsible for evolving and managing our Aircraft Maintenance Programs across all fleet types, ensuring alignment with manufacturer specifications and regulatory mandates from GACA, EASA, and the FAA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying advanced MSG-3 methodology
  • Integrating specialized programs such as ETOPS, RVSM, and LVO
  • Acting as the primary liaison with aviation authorities for AMP approvals
  • Collaborating with Reliability Teams to optimize maintenance intervals and cost efficiencies
  • Leading audit readiness, enhancing documentation procedures, and optimizing the use of AMOS across Build-up, Management, and Revision modules.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proven experience managing maintenance programs for the B787, A321, or A350.

About You:
You should be degree qualified in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field and possess 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial aviation, particularly in the development and management of Aircraft Maintenance Programs within an airline, OEM, or MRO environment.

You are expected to have:

  • Deep proficiency in MSG-3 methodology
  • A solid understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks including GACA, EASA, and the FAA
  • Experience translating technical requirements into compliant maintenance solutions
  • Familiarity with AMOS and hands-on experience with B787, A321, or A350 maintenance programs.

A proven record of leading program evolution in response to regulatory changes and budget compliance will be advantageous.
