Project Overview:
The Ar Rjum Project is a green field gold project featuring three open-pit mining operations, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure, located approximately 200 km north-east of Taif and near Jeddah - Riyadh highway.
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee the trend program and serve as the primary contact for trend initiation
- Coordinate the development of trend quantities with trend and package owners
- Estimate impact costs/hours for trends
- Load trend data into EcoSys and manage the trend dashboard
- Conduct weekly project trend meetings and contribute to monthly cost reporting
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or related field (international equivalent), plus 8-10 years of relevant experience; OR 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in PC operating systems and specialized software applications (EcoSys, PowerBI, Microsoft applications)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present Project Controls information effectively
- Demonstrated problem identification, analysis, and resolution skills
